Rudy Beraha - Chief Executive Officer

 

Rudy Beraha has been CTO of Atlazo since 2017, where he has led all semiconductor design, software engineering and operations. Rudy expanded his leadership role and assumed the role of CEO in August 2022. Rudy has 30-years of experience in semiconductor design, previously serving in leadership roles at Qualcomm, Sun Micro and Hewlett-Packard.  These roles included extensive experience leading multi-disciplinary development of AI/ML hardware accelerators and System-on-Chip (SoC) products.

Pradeep Mishra - President and Director

 

Pradeep joined the Atlazo Board of Directors in July 2019 as he lead $3.4M seed round investment. He took over President and CFO positions in October 2022. Pradeep has over 32+ years of experience in the field of chip design and semiconductors. Pradeep has started, built, operated and grown Tech businesses for nearly 2 decades. He has been tech committee chair and advisory board member for San Diego Angel group NuFund (formerly known as Tech Coast Angels - San Diego). Pradeep has invested in many startups and has been advisory member for portfolio companies.

Mike Bailey - Head of Software Engineering

 

Mike is a seasoned software and firmware lead with emphasis on low power SoCs and AI/ML applications. He has 27 years of experience in various aspects of software/firmware development for mobile devices and ultra-low power devices and SoCs with emphasis on audio, vision, and AI/ML. Prior to Atlazo, Mike was a lead software architect for multiple products at Qualcomm, Duncan Solutions, and Borso's Engineering.

Peter Huang - Board of Director

 

Peter Huang joined the Atlazo Board of Directors in August 2022. Mr. Huang is Chief Manufacturing Officer at Empower Semiconductor and member of Band of Angels investment group. He has had a distinguished career at TSMC North America, LSI Avago, Broadcom, Conexant and Applied Materials.

Amir Mobini - Executive Advisor

 

Amir is a serial entrepreneur with 27+ years of experience in founding and leading semiconductor companies. He is the Head of Global Video Business at Sercomm and has been a senior advisor to multiple start-ups and public companies focusing on fundraising, business/growth strategies and technology for the last 6 years. Previously, he served in leadership roles at Zenverge (acquired by NXP), Conexant, Globespan (acquired by Conexant), iCompression (acquired by Globespan), Oak Technology and IBM.
